Terms of Service – The Every Yoga Company

Welcome! By using Empowerd CMS (“Service”), you (“User”) agree to the following terms:

Part 1: Core Product Access

  1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

    • All core Empowerd CMS code, features, designs, and related materials (“Core Product”) remain the exclusive property of The Every Yoga Company.
    • No rights or licenses to the Core Product are granted beyond using it and adding your own content.
    • Users shall not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Core Product. Unauthorized use may constitute copyright or trade secret infringement.

  2. Future Source Availability

    • The Every Yoga Company may release the Core Product as source-available in the future, at which point broader access may be granted.

  3. Confidentiality

    • All Core Product materials provided under this Service are confidential and may not be shared or disclosed to third parties.

Part 2: Hosting and Content

  1. User Content Ownership

    • Any content, code, or data you create, generate, or upload in the Service is 100% yours. You may use, export, or back up your own data at any time (e.g., files, SQL dumps, scripts).

  2. Content Responsibility

    • Users are solely responsible for their own content, code, and data uploaded to the Service.
    • You agree not to upload, post, or distribute content that is illegal, malicious, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

  3. Service Suspension and Termination

    • The Every Yoga Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, including uploading malicious, illegal, or harmful content.
    • Suspension or termination does not affect ownership of your own content, but you must immediately cease use of the Service.
