The cancellation process is another major issue. Instead of offering a clear, accessible way to end a subscription, Base44 makes it confusing and in some cases impossible within the platform. Many customers have reported being forced to go directly through their banks to stop payments—an exhausting and unnecessary step that erodes trust. As an avid user of Bace44 lol, I don't recommend this no-code platform to anyone."
